First Trip: 4 Days from Arrival to Provisional Smile
✈️🩺Day 1 – Arrival and Surgery
The patient landed at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) and was received by our driver. Then they came directly to our clinic in Belén, Heredia. On the same day, we completed the clinical check-up, surgical plan, X-rays, and all necessary preparations. Depending on the patient’s schedule, surgery can be performed on the day of arrival or the following day. In this case, the

🔍🖥️Day 2 – Adjustments and Trial
The patient was picked up by the driver and returned to the clinic for adjustments and a trial of the 3D try-on denture. Our in-house lab works in real time with the dentist to refine the fit and aesthetics, ensuring comfort and functionality.
🌿🏨Day 3 –Recovery
The third day was dedicated to rest and relaxation at the hotel or apartment. This can be a relaxation day, or the patient can go sightseeing in Costa Rica.
😁Day 4 – Provisional Prosthesis Delivery
On the fourth day, the patient was picked up by the driver and taken to the clinic. There, he received the provisional denture. With clear aftercare instructions, he was ready to return home. Some patients choose to stay longer in Costa Rica, but in this case, the treatment was completed efficiently in just four days.
🛫If on the 5th day the patient is ready to return home our driver will be ready to drop him off to the airport.
Second Trip: 4 Days to the Final Smile
Four to six months after implant surgery, the patient returned for the permanent restoration. This stage is less invasive and often allows time for sightseeing, making it a great opportunity to combine treatment with dental tourism.

Adjustments were made instantly to guarantee a perfect fit and a natural appearance.
During the try-on, the patient chose the smile details — from 🎨 shade to 🦷 shape and length — designing their dream smile together with our team.
🌿 Day 3 – Free Day
A day to rest, breathe, and enjoy Costa Rica. ☀️
The patient relaxed at the 🏨 hotel or explored local attractions — from ☕ coffee plantation tours to 🌋 volcano viewpoints and lush nature walks.
